About Our College 

History of the John bishop memorial hospital School of Nursing has started in the times when the girls were not allowed out of their houses that the missionaries from England started the training for the Auxiliary Nurse Midwives ANM in April 1965. The nursing school was recognized by the J&k State Medical faculty in the year 1968. The General Nursing Program (GNM)for the girl was started in 2007 which was recognized by State Medical Faculty and then it was recognized by J&k State Nursing and Paramedical Council. The school of nursing offers admission in FMPHW and GNM courses with scholarship benefits to deserving students.
